Crete Constrain to Point in CHOP, specify sop path and a point you want to parent to
It should have N and up to avoid unnecessary flipping.
Set Constraint to Camera (or Parent of camera)
On a camera node or a parent node of the camera, enable constraint and specify the chop node that has constraint info.
